Shoreditch Nails is a place for you to work and grow. We have been the East London go-to nail salon since 2017. Our mission was to create a fun salon environment that delivers the perfect manicures and pedicures to our loyal community.

Our ambition was to change the way nail salons cared for their teams. We continue to deliver and strengthen this philosophy. We believe in a healthy working culture, a strong training program, and have a wellness policy at our core. 

We also have a training Academy and a nail care collection including Shoreditch Nails eco-friendly polish.

Nail Technician

WHAT WE OFFER AND THE BENEFITS…

  • We offer a variety of shift patterns to suit your schedule and lifestyle. From Full Time to Part Time, weekdays and weekends. We are always closed on Sundays as we are determined to support our team’s wellbeing and home life

ABOUT THE ROLE…

  • You will be performing manicure and pedicure treatments, the Shoreditch Nails way! 

  • You will help in delivering the best customer journey from start to finish 

  • You will part of a team that works together to bring a seamless experience to our customers 

  • You will ensure the cleanliness and hygiene levels of the salons are maintained to an exceptional standard 

  • You will support our marketing team with curating nail art menus and creating content 

  • If you are already an experienced Nail Artist you will have the opportunity to put your skills into practice with our extensive Nail Art Menu for customers

  • If you haven’t got experience doing Nail Art treatments and you want to we will train you grow in this area, we will support your training to help you achieve your goal 

  • You have the opportunity to work at external and internal events and collaborations (previous collaborations have included Blank Street, Ganni, TikTok, Disney, Athropologie, Adidas, Nike and House of Sunny).

FOH/Studio assistant

  • You will be in charge of the day to day operations of the salon including managing emails, phone calls, booking system, stock take and stock replenishment 

  • You will be a key holder 

  • You will help in delivering the best customer journey from start to finish 

  • You will part of a team that works together to bring a seamless experience to our customers 

  • You will ensure the cleanliness and hygiene levels of the salons are maintained to an exceptional standard 

  • You will help to manage internal events and group bookings 

  • You will support our marketing team with curating nail art menus and creating content.  

YOU’RE THE PERFECT CANDIDATE IF YOU…

  • Have an attention to details 

  • Demonstrate previous experience in admin, retail or hospitality roles 

  • Are friendly and kind

Salon Supervisor

  • You will help to train junior team members to ensure they carry out treatments consistently 

  • You will promote a collaborative and supportive working environment and lead by example 

  • You will help in delivering the best customer journey from start to finish 

  • You will part of a team that works together to bring a seamless experience to our customers 

  • You will ensure the cleanliness and hygiene levels of the salons are maintained to an exceptional standard 

  • You will support our marketing team with curating nail art menus and creating content
